[1] Unfortunately, I only noticed the defect a few days after I’d bought my Lâg guitar. Even worse, I hadn’t noticed the “No Refunds” printed on the faint receipt I was given. And worst of all, I liked that the store is 2nd-generation family owned and run, so I thought I’d save them the heavy fee on my Mastercard Elite, and paid cash instead. So, one week in my hands, refund refused, and no chance of my pricey Mastercard Elite insurance covering it. In short, I was totally screwed.
